Module 1 : What does our voice teach us about ourselves and our relationship to the world?

I invite you to dive within, to dare to explore everything that makes us vibrate, but also what still holds us back.

Two days of exploration centered around the voice. Of course, we will cover the technical foundations—breath work, vocal gesture…—then move towards discovering our Medicine Voice, in order to become aware of crystallized emotions, dare to express them, and bring compassion to all our wounded parts.

Drum circles will support us in going even further in this release, while celebrating together the song of our voices!

We will alternate between group and individual sessions, open to all vocal levels. If you have any questions about the content of this workshop, feel free to contact me !
